The platform is an opportunity discovery and matching service. It aggregates, normalizes, and presents hauling opportunities from permitted data sources and contractor submissions. It does not guarantee that any opportunity is legitimate, available, profitable, or suitable.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate profile information and independently verify all opportunity details before accepting work. Users are solely responsible for any agreements entered into with contractors, brokers, or other parties.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must not post fraudulent, misleading, or spam opportunities, attempt to access other users' private data, circumvent platform security, or misuse the contact system. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription plans and pricing are configurable and may change. Payment processing is handled through a secure third-party provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from opportunities found through the platform, including but not limited to unpaid work, equipment damage, or contract disputes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
